I was so thrilled to work on this custom piece for a local babywearing friend. Her youngest daughter was approaching her 3rd Birthday, and thought this would be a great tribute to her and her firey spirit. We started with a simple color palette- red, pink, and blue. I did my first hand-dyed project ever for her weft in variegated reds and pinks. I was thrilled with the results and it was perfect for her and her daughter, which we aptly named the warp after, Vivian.

The sister pieces were done in a blue and grey hand-dyed weft, for another local dear babywearing friend, and the ring sling piece featured a burgundy tencel weft.
